Shipping Policy — FreshBags
Order Processing All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with your order details as soon as your purchase is complete.
Shipping Times Once your order has been processed and dispatched, estimated delivery times are as follows:
- Canada & United States: 8–15 business days
- International Orders: 12–20 business days
Please note these are estimates and not guarantees. Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or high demand periods such as holidays.
Order Tracking Once your order has shipped you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to follow your order every step of the way. Please allow 3–5 business days after dispatch for tracking information to update.
Customs & Duties International orders may be subject to customs fees or import duties upon arrival in your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total. We have no control over customs processing times and cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by customs.
Lost or Delayed Packages If your order has not arrived within 20 business days of your ship date please contact us at support@shopfreshbags.com and we will investigate immediately. We will work with the carrier to locate your package or arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Wrong Address Please double check your shipping address before placing your order. FreshBags is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrectly provided address. If you notice an error after placing your order contact us immediately at support@shopfreshbags.com and we will do our best to correct it before your order ships.
