Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unused and in its original packaging. You'll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Start a Return To start a return, contact us at support@shopfreshbags.com. If your return is accepted, we'll send you instructions on how and where to send your package, along with a return shipping label. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages & Issues Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We'll evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards. If you have questions about whether your item is eligible, please reach out before sending anything back.
Exchanges The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union Orders If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return within 14 days for any reason. Your item must be unused and in its original packaging with proof of purchase.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return we'll notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, you'll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, contact us at support@shopfreshbags.com.
